Happy Monday, and Memorial Day everyone! Today we will be doing a tribute Hero WOD in honor of all the men and women who have fought for our country. This Hero WOD is specifically to honor one man who paid the ultimate sacrifice to protect us. When you feel like you can’t work, remember there are people out there that are working much harder. Let’s try to honor them by putting in as much work for this WOD. After, we will be cooking out and enjoying the day.
