Great Job on the deadlift and workout guys, Well be working on some Split Jerks everyones favorite…Then a fun lil WOD. Ive posted it on the members page, but well be meeting Saturday night around 7:30pm-8:00pm at State Street in Sarasota for some drinks. SWOD: Split Jerk tech. work 4×2

WOD: 10Min EMOM

Perform 5 Push Ups

then 3 Thrusters (add weight each minute if form is good)

***failure to do all 3 within the minute do 10 Burpees
