Thursday February 4, 2016 'Friday WOD'
Great Job on the team workout guys and the max Sumo deadlifts. Were going to switch it up this friday with a death by since the Open is near. How Death by works is well do 1 lateral bar hop then 1 thruster, the 2nd min well do 2 lateral bar hops then 2 Thrusters. Well keep going till you can’t complete all the reps within the minute. Easy as that, see you all at the BOX!
