Monday June 1, 2015 'Monday WOD'



This has been one eventful weekend. We attended a competition in St. Pete. Dave and I took 2nd place in the Men’s RX Team Division, and Jessica and Krystal took 3rd for the Women’s Scaled Team Division. I am so proud of all the hard work that was shown this weekend. These people push themselves so hard every day in the gym and that is paying off. Keep up the great work! And thank you so much for everyone who came up to support us. It is awesome to see what a great community we have.

This weekend was also a birthday for one of our first and youngest members, Colton. He too pushes himself so hard every day in the gym. A lot can be learned from this kids determination Colton desires to coach and open his own box one day. We figured we would show him a sneak peak of what it’s like by allowing him to coach his 5 pm crew Colton came up with this WOD, so blame him for putting you all in the “suck”.

Also, this week will be a testing week. So make sure you get in the box.
