Hey guys looking forward to seeing everyone at the gym this week! First, just a few reminders… we’ll have Yoga again on Thursday night right after the 6:15 class. Try to make it! Yoga is a great active recovery and helps with mobility, which we all need to work on. Yoga is also open to people outside of the gym, it just cost $10 for non-members. Also, July 4th the gym will be closed. Go have fun on the beach, pool, bbq, or just relaxing. See you all at the BOX!
