Hey guys hope everyone had a great weekend, so This Saturday if you’re interested in doing Girls Gone RX try to make it to the Saturday class. After the class were going to group people up if you don’t have partners or if you do have partners well practice some of the workouts together. Well probably do this a few times, so we can work on any movements you’re not the best at or work on some strategy. See you all at the BOX!
