5am-6am-7am-9am-10:30am(Endurance)-12pm-5:30pm-6:30pm(Not on Fridays)

Tuesday-Thursday

6am-7am-9am-10:30am(Endurance)-12pm-5:30pm-6:30pm

Open Gym Times Monday-Friday  8am-9am, 1pm-5pm

Saturday we have class at 9am and open gym until noon.
