Happy Tuesday everyone! Today we will be going over a movement that isn’t covered too often, so be sure and try to come to the box! Don’t let your fear of rope climbs keep you from coming in. We have numerous ways to scale this movement, but it will be informative for you to see the proper ways to climb a rope.
REMINDER: Wednesday we will only have a 6 am and 9 am class, Thursday we ONLY have open gym from 10 am to 1 pm.
