What a fun year this was during the OPEN, awesome atmosphere every week and amazing to see the extra push from all the members. Now thats behind us remember what movement got you and attack those weaknesses even if they suck. You’d be surprised if you worked on it twice a week for only a few minutes everyday how well rounded you could be.
