Happy Monday everyone! Hope you had another great weekend. We had a lot of people representing our gym and kicking ass in competitions this weekend. The Womeldorph family competed in the ICan Games and crushed it. So proud of the hard work you all put in every day. Keep up the hard work, it is really paying off. Tonya got on the podium for the 2nd year in a row, and Colton competed in the men’s division where he showed perseverance gets you respect. We are happy to have you all representing our gym.

This week we will be testing again. Once again, this is a great time to see how much you have progressed. So make sure you all try to make it every day this week.

Another exciting thing we have starting this week is Yoga!! We will be having an instructor come in on Thursday at 7:15 pm , right after the 6:15 class, to help us stretch and relax. Yoga is a great way for you to unwind after everything we do in the week, and will really improve your mobility and flexibility. Yoga is free to all of our members and cost $10 for non-members. Please just let us know if you are bringing someone else. Bring a yoga mat or a towel, and get ready for a great hour of relaxation.
