Happy Friday, and first official day of the 2015 CrossFit Open. Thank you to everyone who stopped by last night and watched the announcement at the box. It was a lot of fun watching the 4th time CrossFit Games Champion win. Just as a reminder, you can do the Open WOD today but we will be having a Grill and Chill and doing the workout as a group on Saturday at 9 am.
