Hey guys, weightlifting Fridays are back! These are great days to work on technique, so try not to miss these days. Also, don’t forget about Saturday’s WOD at 9am. If you have never been to a Saturday class you should check it out. We usually do teams or group WOD’s which are always fun to do and a great way to meet other people who go to other classes.
Just want to also give a shout out to one of our members, Alexis. She has pushed really hard and is seeing the results. She has already lost 17 pounds. This is a great example of what hard work and dedication can do. Attend as many classes as you can, stay hydrated, and watch what you’re eating. If you ever have any questions about diet, please don’t ever hesitate to ask. Looking forward to seeing you all at the box!
