Happy Friday! Hope you all have had a good week. As always, today we will be working on barbell work. We will be reviewing the Snatch. The best way to understand the Snatch is by breaking the movement down. Today we will be working on 2 important aspects of this movement. I want to remind everyone that the Snatch is an Olympic movement. This is not an easy movement, so please don’t get frustrated if you are struggling. People spend their whole lives just trying to perfect this movement. The more you practice it, the easier it will get. Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing you all at the box!
