Hey guys if you missed out on Yoga thats okay, we’ll be doing it every Thursday at 7:15pm. It is FREE for members and $10 for non-members, so bring a friend or family member. If you can make it, I strongly encourage you all to come. We’ll be working on more hip and shoulder mobility along with some single leg stability, which will transfer over to the movements we do in CrossFit everyday. Today we’ll be working on more Olympic Lifting so get your butts in the gym. Looking forward to seeing you all at the box!
