Hey guys great job this week! Yoga was another great success. With the majority of you all off work today it seems like everyone will be coming in the morning classes and open gym to wod before the weekend festivities. With that being said, we’re going to have the usual 6am, 9am, and open gym from 10am-3pm. If you want to come to open gym I’ll be there to assist in any lifts or any WOD you want to do before the weekend. See you all at the box!
