WOD: Snatch EMOM
3 Snatches every minute on the minute for 5 mins,
2 Snatches every 30 seconds for 3 mins,
1 Snatch every 20 seconds for 2 mins
Bench Press 3×5
Barbell bent rows 3×8
Back ext. 3×10-12 pause at the top of the last rep for 8-10seconds.
