Hey there everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We have an exciting week this week at the box, it will be testing week. This will be a great opportunity for you to see where you are on your Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift. So we really encourage everyone to make it to the gym as much as possible this week. This weekend is also Battle of the Boxes competition at CrossFit Manatee. We have quite a few athletes from the gym competing in this competition, so if you have nothing to do Saturday please come by and cheer everyone on. Hope to see you all at the box!
