Hey guys, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. The CF OPEN is officially over. I am so proud of how hard you all worked over these past 5 weeks. Everyone did great! So many of you did some things that you didn’t think was possible, doing an RX WOD, a muscle up, chest to bar pull ups, and more. I hope those weeks also helped you set some new goals to accomplish this year, so you are even more prepared for next year’s open. This week we’ll be deloading. I am sure everyone is pretty taxed, so we will do some active recovery and will pick it back up in full effect starting next week. Looking forward to seeing you all at the box!
