Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! It was a nice couple of days outside, I would encourage everyone to join us for Saturday classes. If you can’t make it to the box, try to get outside and do something active. We have another great week planned. You all have been doing so awesome. It is great to see you continue to push yourself.
