Hey guys, hope everyone had a great New year! The past month was pretty hectic with holidays, scheduling, and diet. Let’s all get back in the swing of things, and start 2016 off strong. If anyone has any questions about diet, please ask. There are lots of theories out there, so it can be hard to figure out what works best.
