Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to get back on the grind of eating well and staying healthy for the new year. Looks like the CrossFit Open is just around the corner, starting February 26th. So beginning with this week, we’ll try to do an Open Workout once a week or one every two weeks to get everyone prepared. If you have never heard of the CrossFit Open it is a series of workouts over a span of 5 weeks. Everyone in the world does these same workouts and it is a way to gauge your fitness verses people all over the world. The CrossFit Open will be done differently this year. It will have an RX and Scaled division so we strongly encourage everyone to sign up to participate. We will be giving more details in the future, so stay tuned. Hope to see you all in the box!
