Hey guys were starting up a new strength cycle, if you can make it or can make up the strength on another day try to do so. This weather may get pretty bad tomorrow and Tuesday but well still be OPEN. If you can only make it to odd hours at the gym ill be there feel free to come and do the class workout with this storm.
