Hey guys hope everyone had a Great weekend, if you couldn’t make it our 3 teams ¬†Crushed Girls Gone RX. If you’re interested in doing a comp. at any level of fitness let me know and we can have a big group go to the next one. REMINDER, the schedule for Labor day weekend Friday usual schedule, Saturday 9am class ONLY no open gym, Monday will be CLOSED. If you need to do any workouts at home while were closed just ask and ill write you up some bodyweight WOD’S. See you all at the BOX!
