Hey guys reminder well have our workout at 8am tomorrow, if you’d like to bring a friend or family member bring them by for FREE. Every Workout will be scalable depending on the team, no you do not have to run this much if you don’t want to i will scale accordingly. See you all at the BOX!

150 Burpee Pull Ups

***one partner will run 1 mile and do 15 burpee pull up then switch***
