Great Job on the hero workout guys, looked pretty tough but it was a fun one. Tomorrow well be taking it pretty light, just sweating a little bit for the SWOD and working on some accessory work for the WOD. See you all at the BOX!

 

SWOD: 25 Mins on rower, dyne, erg switch every few minutes. Go at whatever pace you want, if you did the hero workout this is for you to just sweat a little bit and get those legs feeling fresh. Nothing crazy, 60%-70% effort.
