Tuesday March 3, 2015 'Tuesday WOD'

Another great day at the box yesterday! So proud of everyone who completed 15.1 for the first time, and even some people who gave it another try. It is really cool to see you all push yourself to the limits. We will continue to work on movements that we think will given through out the 2015 CrossFit Open. All scores from WOD 1 have been submitted and scores have been validated. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to seeing you all at the box.
