Hey guys! Now that the hectic holidays are over, and the amazing food is behind us lets get FIT! As of today, January 1st, we have officially opened our new location off of Paylor Lane. If you are interested in joining our community below are our pricing options for the month of January.

CrossFit & Open Gym (Full Time): $150

CrossFit & Open Gym (Part Time 3x a Week): $130

Foundation/Elements  (6 1 on 1 Personal Training Classes teaching you the fundamentals of CrossFit): $250 +remaining month of CrossFit FREE

Monday-Wednesday-Friday

5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

 

Tuesday-Thursday

6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

 

Open Gym is Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm

 

Saturday

9am
