Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. We had an awesome turn out yesterday for Memorial Day Murph. I am so proud of how well everyone did, it is so cool to see each of you push yourself. We have such an awesome group. Keep up the great work and write your time down.Also, were in the works probably within the next month of a co-ed partner workout on a Saturday, it’ll be long and a decent amount of running…..Looking forward to seeing you all at the box!
